Good day Esteemed Customers, trust your day went well.

I want to use this medium to clear the air on certain issues bothering around metering and ensure you are better informed as a Customer.

1. How Do I Apply For Prepaid: The metering Plan is strictly an online based scheme with a designated website map.ikejaelectric.com Your bill 10 digit account number is your Login details.

2. I have not registered because MY DEBT IS TOO HIGH: The metering plan has 3 payment plan, all to suit our financial capacity.
(A) Outright payment of debt attracts 10-15% discount on the total sum owed
(B) Payment on 3 Installments with 6% discount granted on 3rd Installment.
(C) Spread of Debt between 1 to 46 months depending on outstanding. Please note that before a spread of outstanding can be agreed, a minimum payment of #20,000 will be paid out of the debt and remaining then spread.

3. I DON'T AGREE WITH MY DEBT? Ok, don't sit back and only complain without an action. The MAP scheme registration process has a place to address this issue. When it get to the debt section, select "Disagree with Debt". It automatically sends a mail to the Debt Dispute Resolution Team. They will send you an invite to sit and discuss the debt. However, for your claims, please make sure you have evidence to back your claims.

4 . Is Meter For Sale? According to the regulation that empowered the Meter Asset Providers as approved by NERC, meters are to be acquired at #38,850 (Single Phase Meters) and #70,350 (3-Phase Meter). Note that cost is VAT inclusive.

I hate Estimated Bills? You are cheating me, how did I consume this much? Why a flat rate of billing? MAP IS THE SOLUTION.
